Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, client-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic approaches to facilitate ongoing progress at home.
• Assess and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective recovery pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuous learning and post-graduate educational opportunities are encouraged and supported.

Licenses and Credentials

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
