As an Occupational Therapist in our home health division, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prioritizing start of care visits and ensuring timely completion
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Submitting clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of visits
• Maintaining timely communication with supervisors and office staff
• Being responsive during normal business hours
• Utilizing the Kinnser documentation system effectively
• Managing a caseload that averages 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week

Requirements for this role include:

• Current CA OT License
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Ability to work a 40-hour week, Monday-Friday, with one weekend a month rotation
• Willingness to expand territory as needed within Alameda County
