Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat patients to improve their functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, and mobility.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Develop exercises and strategies to improve functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license as required by state regulations.
• Current BLS certification preferred/required based on role.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, ADLs, and therapeutic techniques.
• Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
