- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system for documentation and patient care management
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
- Active CA license required
- Need 1 year experience in setting
