As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and developing personalized treatment plans for patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. You will collaborate with physicians and clinical support staff to deliver comprehensive therapy services.

• Evaluate patient function through formal and informal testing measures
• Develop goal-specific treatment regimes based on assessment data
• Submit and update written treatment plans in coordination with physicians
• Schedule treatment sessions and coordinate with patients, families, and caregivers
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and prognosis
• Provide supervision for Occupational Therapist Assistants and Home Health Aides
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist License required
