Responsibilities
- Teach, mentor, and lead osteopathic education
- Continue developing a sports medicine practice
- Strengthen the primary care sports medicine practice
- Lead osteopathic education and curriculum development
- Teach and mentor residents and medical students
- See continuity patients
- Precept/coach residents
- Assist with curriculum development/oversight
Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $220,000
- Max Starting Salary: $350,000
- Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
- Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary

Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical licensure
- Sports Medicine fellowship training and/or CAQ required
- Five years of clinical experience and teaching experience preferred
