OST Director: Strategic Leader for PK–12 Enrichment

E.L. Haynes Public Charter School is seeking an OST Director to lead PK–12 Out-of-School Time programming across campuses. You will set the vision, staff structures, and operations to deliver high-quality, equitable OST experiences including before care, after care, and summer programs.

You will manage budgeting, compliance, PD, and partnerships while ensuring alignment with college and career readiness. Strong leadership and collaboration across teams are essential.
