Full Time (Permanent) Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred • At least 6 years of experience in Telco domain with strong exposure to OSS/ BSS.
• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes. • Proficient and well versed in Digital Transformation and Customer Experience Management domain with experience in e-commerce / Self Service • Fully aware of latest standards (eTOM / TAM / SID) & their applicability to customer experience management & Digital. • Must have sound functional knowledge of Telecom BSS. • Experience in providing solutions in the following domain areas –Wireline – Copper, Fiber and Hybrid/Wireless - 3G, 4G, LTE - Retail, Wholesale, Enterprise Segments • Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, use cases, Design documentation, UML modelling, etc.
