OSP Project ManagerFarnsworth Group is seeking an OSP Project Manager in one of the posting locations below. Qualified candidates will work with our Energy & Utility Group as a part of the Telecommunications Team in the planning, drafting, design, permitting and construction administration of telecommunications and utility projects. Posting Locations for this role: Lisle, IL; Frisco, TX; Charlotte, NC; or St. Louis, MO.What You'll Do:Manage client relationships and projectsSupport development of proposals – including project scope, schedule and budgetComplete design and posting of telecommunications projectsReview projects for accuracy, quality, and adherence to client specificationsPlan and oversee work production to meet project deadlines and budgetsOversee work completed by technical and professional production staffProvide direction and support for permit plans and work prints drafted in AutoCAD, Microstation, Bluebeam, etc.Provide office support for site visits and participate in site visits which may include overnight travelWhat You'll Need:Minimum of 4 years of OSP design experienceExperience in all aspects of Legal Mandate, IFP, Fiber Overbuild, FTTH, or LightGIG projects – including field data gathering, design and permittingPositive work ethic and excellent communication skillsAbility to effectively manage time while working on several projects concurrently whether in the office or field/remotelyNice To Haves:Supervisory experience in OSP engineering design or constructionExperience in surveying or utility locatingExperience with AutoCAD or MicroStationBachelor's or Associate degree a plusDegree in Engineering or related field a plusJoin Farnsworth Group, a nationally recognized architectural, engineering, and surveying firm, where your career can thrive!
