Required Skills
- 8+ years of OSP FTTH/FTTx engineering experience
- Knowledge of telecommunications construction practices and local requirements governing telecom facility placement
- Experience supporting large-volume fiber projects and multiple duct placements
- Familiarity with the MRE (Manual for Railway Engineering) as it relates to fiber construction
- Understanding of ArcGIS for excavation grading and scaling

Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a experienced OSP Project Manager to join a telecom construction PM team based in Wauwatosa, WI. This position is remote , but will require infrequent travel to the office and/or project sites. This position will support complex fiber construction programs, network expansion, OSP engineering standards, and cross-functional project execution.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain OSP design standards, engineering guidelines, and best practices
- Lead network planning for market expansion, capacity growth, and multi-year build programs
- Oversee complex projects including road crossings, underground conversions, xhqgsiq and joint-use disputes
- Maintain relationships with vendors and pole owners and assist with master joint-use agreement negotiations
- Improve design, permitting, and cost-efficiency processes
- Coordinate engineering, construction, operations, and regulatory/legal teams
- Review high-value construction packages and budget estimates
- Mentor OSPE I-III employees
