Orthotics CAD Modifier

To support the fabrication of custom orthotic and prosthetic devices, the remote Orthotics CAD Modifier will prepare and modify digital models based on clinician specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining organized case records. Key responsibilities Review and modify digital models using orthotics and prosthetics CAD software according to clinician specifications Check model accuracy and prepare files for fabrication while clarifying any incomplete or conflicting information with the clinical or fabrication team Maintain organized records of model changes and communicate progress and technical issues to the team Required qualifications At least two years of professional experience modifying patient-specific digital models for custom orthotic or prosthetic devices Proficiency with O&P-specific CAD software for digital model modification and file preparation Working knowledge of relevant anatomy and how model modifications affect device fabrication and fit Experience preparing and checking digital files for production processes like carving, milling, or additive manufacturing High school diploma or GED
