- Specialty: Sports orthopedic surgery with a focus on outpatient and surgical care
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; 1-2 dedicated surgery days per week
- Call: No ER or trauma call
- Practice Model: Physicians are supported by an initial income guarantee, with a transition to an EBIT based model, aligning physician earnings with practice financial performance and growth
- Onsite Performance Recovery Center: Features hyper-ice therapy, red light treatment, Normatec compression, and Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy

Candidate Requirements
- Board certification by ABOS or ABMS required
- Post-training experience strongly preferred
- TX licensed/DFW area candidates strongly preferred
