- Schedule: 24-hour call (7a-7a); beeper call, 30-min response
- Coverage type: Call only, inpatient
- Volume: Few phone consults; PA takes primary call and requests assistance when surgical need arises
- Setting: Inpatient
- Support: PA on first call
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 90 days Clinical Details
- Preferred scope: Arthroscopy, total joint replacement (hip, knee, other), joint revision/repair (shoulder, hip, knee, other), hand, tendon release/repair, peripheral nerve surgery, instrumentation
- Call is for unassigned patients Requirements
- Board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- License: NC required
- BLS
- Active DEA Compensation
- Rate negotiable, open to your number
- Malpractice provided
- Travel and lodging reimbursed
