Availability
  • Start Date: 9/17/2026 (Orientation)
  • Coverage Begins: 9/18/2026
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Clinic: 8-hour daytime clinic
  • Call: Night and weekend call required throughout the assignment
Required Licensure & Certifications
  • Active Oregon Medical License - Required at time of presentation
  • BLS - Required
Board & Experience Requirements
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
  • Recent EPIC experience (within the last 6 months) - Required
  • Must provide documentation of 100 clinical cases within the previous 24 months representative of requested privileges
    • Case list must include diagnosis/procedure, date of service, and facility performed
Practice Setting
  • Critical Access Hospital
  • Adult Level IV Trauma designation
  • 21 inpatient beds
  • Solo Orthopedic coverage
  • Inpatient rounding and admissions required
  • Adult and pediatric patient population
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Outpatient orthopedic clinic
  • Inpatient orthopedic consults
  • Hospital rounding and admissions
  • Orthopedic trauma care within scope of privileges
  • Night and weekend call coverage
Patient Volume
  • Hospital: Approximately 2 patients per day
  • Clinic: Approximately 12-20 patients per day
Support & Technology
  • EMR: EPIC (recent experience within the last 6 months required)
  • Solo physician practice
  • Full hospital support staff available
