Physician Assistant General Orthopedics & Spine Austin, TX
First assist only, with no clinic, call, or weekends. A leading surgical services group in Austin is adding a PA-C to first assist on general orthopedic and spine cases, Monday through Friday. F ull-time role with guaranteed pay and full benefits with path into leadership if desired.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday with average 30 hours per week
- No call and no weekends
- Scheduled elective cases with no trauma
- Home base facility (ASC or Hospital) determined on your skill set
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed salary $135,000-$150,000 per year based on experience
- Additional productivity bonus of up to $8,000 per year
- PTO, 401(k) with match, CME stipend, and healthcare plans
- Malpractice and tail coverage included
- Relocation stipend and sign-on bonus offered up to $15,000
- Career Growth: PAs and NPs hold management roles within the company, with salary adjustments to match
