- Trauma Level: III
- Facility PEDs Level: III
- EMR: Epic
- Other Info: Total knees are not a deal breaker but total hips we need somebody who can help fix a hip fracture that might come in through the ED.

Requirements:
- Active OK License or IMLC
- BC/BE
- BLS, ACLS
