- Inpatient Care: Perform hospital rounding, coordinate admissions/discharges, and manage acute orthopedic consults.
- Collaboration: Work closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes and recovery.
- Board Certification: Active certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
- Licensure: Active Minnesota (MN) State License in hand or eligible to obtain.
- Experience: Previous experience in Orthopedic Surgery or a high-acuity surgical setting is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in surgical first-assisting, joint injections, and orthopedic diagnostic interpretation.
- Technical: Comfortable with computer charting systems (EMR).
