- Active Louisiana Medical License (or eligible to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery - Required
- Fellowship Trained in Hand Surgery - Required
- High-volume Orthopedic Hand Surgery practice
- Assigned inpatient rounding responsibilities
- Admissions required
- EMR: Epic
- Level II Trauma Center
- Established and growing referral network
- Immediate block time available

- Multiple Advanced Practice Providers for clinic and surgical support
- State-of-the-art technology, including an operating microscope for hand procedures
- Dedicated orthopedic hospital with:
- 6 operating rooms with expansion capacity
- 2-3 dedicated orthopedic ORs daily
- On-site inpatient rehabilitation
- Main hospital with 12 oversized operating rooms
- Additional scrub tech support available (2-3 per case as needed)
- Balanced schedule with approximately 2-3 OR days per week
