Joina high-performing orthopedic trauma team at a busy Level II Trauma Center inBeaumont, located just one hour east of Houston. This is an excitingopportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant towork alongside skilled orthopedic trauma surgeons in a high-acuity environmentmanaging a broad spectrum of orthopedic injuries.
Theprogram treats complex orthopedic trauma cases including pelvis and acetabularfractures, bread-and-butter hand injuries, and routine pediatric fractures.Providers will enjoy a collaborative team atmosphere, excellent support, and apredictable schedule with no after-hours call responsibilities.

- APP coverageon-site daily from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 10-hour shifts
- Full-timeschedule consists of 175 shifts annually
- No after-hourscall responsibilities
- Collaborativesurgical and inpatient care environment
Responsibilities
- Round with theon-call orthopedic trauma surgeon
- Evaluate andmanage new consults
- Assist in theoperating room
- Participate ininpatient orthopedic trauma care
- Coordinatepatient management with multidisciplinary teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Annualcompensation of $140,000
- Additionalshifts compensated at $800 per shift

Qualifications
- Licensed NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant
- Orthopedic orsurgical experience preferred
- Traumaexperience strongly preferred
- Comfortableassisting in the operating room and managing inpatient orthopedic patients
- Strong teamworkand communication skills
