Jackson and Coker is seeking a Board Certified, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon for a locums opportunity in Washington. This role involves 24-hour call coverage, outpatient clinic mornings, and ER coverage with dedicated PA support. The assignment offers ongoing coverage for 6-9 months, with specific dates available from September through March.

Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour call coverage
- Provide ER coverage with dedicated PA support
- Conduct three outpatient clinic mornings per week, Monday–Friday
- Perform full spectrum of orthopedic cases excluding complex pelvic cases

- Ongoing coverage available up to 2 weeks per month
- Assignment duration: 6–9 months
- 24-hour call coverage, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Three outpatient clinic mornings per week, Monday–Friday (days to be determined)
- Average callback hours: 7.4 hours weekdays; 7.8 hours weekends
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
- Washington license - Highly Preferred, or IMLC with LOQ
- BLS
- DEA
- Must have 5 years of Level II Trauma experience
- Clean malpractice history - Highly Preferred
- Orthopedic surgeons with trauma experience who do not have fellowship training may be considered if credentialing requirements are met
