DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive surgical management of orthopedic trauma patients, including acute fracture care and post-operative follow-up.
- Participate in on-call coverage for orthopedic trauma cases on a rotational basis.
- Collaborate with emergency medicine, critical care, and other surgical subspecialties to optimize patient outcomes.
- Perform surgical procedures including open reduction internal fixation (ORIF), external fixation, and arthroscopy as indicated.
- Document clinical encounters accurately in Epic EMR and adhere to hospital protocols and quality metrics.

Required:
- Arthroscopy
- Total Joint replacement (Hip, knee, Other (excludes hip and knee))
- Joint revision or repair (Shoulder, Hip, Hand, Tendon release/repair, Peripheral nerve surgery)
