Piedmont Orthopedics is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a growing program in York County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the country. This full-time, employed position offers a rare opportunity to build a meaningful practice in a high-acuity environment. The role involves primary surgical focus on inpatient trauma with some outpatient care, supported by state-of-the-art surgical infrastructure and a dedicated team.
Practice Info
- Healthcare system includes two hospital EDs and a freestanding Level III Trauma Center (upgrading to Level II in 2026)
- Only trauma center in York County

Responsibilities
- Primary surgical focus on inpatient trauma with some outpatient care
- Call coverage for York County's only trauma center
- Play a key role in the continued growth and development of our trauma program

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Completion of an Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery Fellowship
- Eligible for medical licensure in the applicable state
