Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit, evaluate, diagnose, and provide pre-, intra-, and postoperative care
- Perform orthopedic surgical procedures for patients of all ages

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated orthopedic surgical residency program or a clinical Fellowship of at least five years' duration accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada in the residency
- Certification by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- For those applicants that are not board certified at the time of application, but who have completed their residency training within the last five years; must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of their residency training unless appropriate governing Board waives such requirement
- H-1B visa sponsorship available
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing residency or Fellowship log (for recent graduates)
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing a quality profile from hospital(s) where privileges are held, showing clinical activity for the past 24 months, including numbers of procedures performed morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications (for applicants not directly out of residency)
- Must be able to demonstrate at least 200 orthopedic surgery procedures in the last 24 months (for applicants not directly out of residency)
- If a quality profile is not available, documentation of hospital-based clinical activity for the past 24 months is required, demonstrating at least 200 orthopedic surgery procedures
