The incoming surgeon will join a well-established team and can anticipate a robust practice of over 400 joint procedures annually once fully ramped up.

- Joining a team of 10 Orthopedic Surgeons and 6 Physician Assistants
- Will be the second Total Joint Surgeon in the group
- Anticipate a 400+ joint a year practice once fully ramped up
- Operate out of an ASC with Total Joint Certification of Excellence
- Largest Primary Care base in the region
- Utilizes EPIC EMR
Compensation
- Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $457,500 - $931,500
- Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus

Requirements
- BC/BE Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Total Joint
- Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain
- Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
- Current BLS certification prior to start date
- EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred
