This full-time, employed position offers a referral-rich environment with strong clinical infrastructure, allowing for rapid ramp-up into an established, busy practice. The role provides a balanced schedule with a focus on surgical success supported by a multidisciplinary team and advanced tools.
Practice Info
- High-volume, rapidly expanding orthopedic program
- Certified Joint Replacement Center covering knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle procedures
- 60% outpatient / 40% surgical split
- Average 25 patients per clinic day; 8-12 surgeries per week
- Access to MAKO robotic-assisted surgery system
- On-campus clinic, OR, and inpatient care for seamless transitions

Requirements
- MD or DO
- BE or BC in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction
- Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
