Requirements
- BLS required
- ACLS or ATLS accepted in lieu of BLS
- Preferred: arthroscopy
- Preferred: total joint replacement
- Preferred: joint revision
- Preferred: tendon release/repair
- Preferred: peripheral nerve surgery
- Preferred: spine procedures with instrumentation
