The role offers a strong volume of orthopedic cases, experienced OR support, and a collaborative clinical team committed to surgical excellence. Practice Info
- 3 modern operating rooms + 2 arthroscopy towers
- Support from Surgical techs, NPs, and PAs
- Inpatient EHR: Medhost
- Outpatient EHR: eClinicalWorks
- Practice currently has no residents, robotic systems are not in use, and the call schedule, including weekends and holidays, will be determined upon discussion
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic care to a diverse patient population
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions and injuries
- Perform general orthopedic and trauma procedures
- Collaborate with surgical, clinical, and support teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in an on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays
Compensation
- Base salary + productivity bonus based on RVUs

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Active and unrestricted Alabama medical license
- Previous experience providing comprehensive orthopedic care
- Ability to manage a diverse range of orthopedic cases
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
