Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon for a dedicated joint-focused role at Presbyterian Rust Medical Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Practice Info
- Dedicated joint-focused role with a focus on joint arthroplasty
- Clinical support structure including 3 RNs, 2 orthopedic cast techs, in-house X-ray, and dedicated MA
- Substantial mid-level support and 3 exam rooms per physician
- Ambulatory surgical center conveniently located in the hospital
- Established referral network and collaborative physician-led culture
- System-wide EMR MyChart patient portal
Compensation
- $750,000 to $750,100 per year with a salary floor and production upside
- Sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance
- Student loan repayment opportunities including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), National Health Service Corps (NHSC), and New Mexico Health Professional Loan Repayment Program eligible for $75,000 per year up to $300,000

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 1/2 day administrative time, and block OR schedule
- Routine group call coverage
- Daily clinic volume of 20-30 patients per day
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon
- J-1 or H-1B visas accepted
