Orthopedic Surgeon

Practice Info

• 3 exam rooms per physician
• Substantial mid-level support
• Clinical support structure includes 3 RNs, 2 orthopedic cast techs, in-house X-ray, and a dedicated MA with additional support if needed
• Ambulatory Surgical Center conveniently located in the hospital with lucrative investment opportunities for surgeons
• System-wide EMR and MyChart patient portal
• Established referral network

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated joint-focused orthopedic care
• Manage a daily clinic volume of 20 to 30 patients
• Participate in routine group call coverage

Compensation

• $750,000 Salary floor with production upside
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance
• New Mexico Physician Tax Credit up to $10,000 annually for eligible physicians

Shift & Schedule

• Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with ‰ÛBD day administrative time
• Block OR schedule
