Sanford Health is seeking BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeons to join their team in Fargo, North Dakota. This role offers the opportunity to practice within a state-of-the-art orthopedic clinic and specialty hospital, which is recognized as one of Sanford's Centers of Excellence. The position involves providing comprehensive orthopedic surgical care for patients of all ages within a large, collaborative team environment.

- Practice located in Fargo, North Dakota, one of Sanford's Centers of Excellence
- Based in a state-of-the-art four-story orthopedic clinic/orthopedic specialty hospital
- Join a team of 20 physicians and 19 advanced practice providers
- On-site imaging and therapy, 10 operating rooms, and a dedicated inpatient orthopedic unit
- Equipped with ROSA Robot, Bioskills & Biomechanical labs
- Over 9000 ortho surgeries are performed annually
Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit, evaluate, diagnose, and provide pre-, intra-, and postoperative care
- Perform orthopedic surgical procedures for patients of all ages

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated orthopedic surgical residency program or a clinical Fellowship of at least five years' duration accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada in the residency
- Certification by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- For those applicants that are not board certified at the time of application, but who have completed their residency training within the last five years; must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of their residency training unless appropriate governing Board waives such requirement
