Orthopedic Surgeon - Hand & Upper Extremity

Sutter is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery to join OrthoMed Center, a respected and growing private orthopedic practice in Modesto, California. The incoming surgeon will establish and grow a high-demand upper extremity practice with an established referral network and immediate patient demand throughout California's Central Valley. • Broad case mix including elective, traumatic, and reconstructive upper extremity surgery

Responsibilities

• Focus on the diagnosis and treatment of hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow conditions, including traumatic injuries, peripheral nerve disorders, tendon pathology, arthritis, fracture care, sports-related injuries, and complex reconstructive procedures
• Participate in general orthopedic call based on individual interest and practice preferences

Compensation

• $600,000/Yr. - $650,000/Yr.
• Income guarantee for the first 2 years

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Hand Surgery or Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
• CAQ in Surgery of the Hand preferred
• Eligible for California medical licensure
