Practice Info

• Full-time, hospital-employed General Orthopedic Surgery opportunity with Twin County Orthopedics in Galax, Virginia
• Solo practice opportunity; sports medicine interests welcome alongside a general orthopedic surgery focus
• Established clinic support includes an LPN, X-ray technologist, and front-office staff
• 141-bed Duke Lifepoint affiliated hospital, part of Lifepoint Health
• Rural facility serving a large medical population of approximately 60,000 within a 100-mile radius, including acute care, ambulatory care, and emergency services

Responsibilities

• Grow the practice with a general orthopedic surgery focus and optional sports medicine interests

Compensation

• Base salary + wRVU production incentive
• Sign-on bonus
• Additional compensation for extra call

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday schedule with dedicated OR block time and flexibility to expand surgical days as volume grows
