Requirements
- Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery and hold an MD or DO license
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Must also possess an unrestricted Texas Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of Texas
- Foot and Ankle Fellowship Required
