Practice Info
- Ambulatory Surgical Center conveniently located in the hospital, with lucrative investment opportunities for surgeons (Albuquerque, NM).
- Routine group call coverage (Albuquerque, NM).
- Current daily clinic volume is 20-30 patients per day (Albuquerque, NM).
- 3 Exam rooms per physician.
- Clinical support structure: 3 RNs, 2 orthopedic cast techs, in-house X-ray, dedicated MA w/ additional support if needed, substantial Mid-Level support (Albuquerque, NM).
- System-Wide EPIC EMR.
Responsibilities
- Perform general orthopedic procedures.
- Provide general orthopedic procedures, preferred experience with anterior hip replacements (Espanola & Santa Fe, NM).
- Outreach to local communities near Clovis, NM.
- Outreach to local communities near Santa Fe, NM.
Compensation
- Nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available.
- CME allowance.
- Fully paid malpractice insurance.
- Salary Range: $550,000 - $700,000 a year.

Shift & Schedule
- Expected work schedule is Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with ½ day administrative time, and block OR schedule.
- Routine group call coverage (Albuquerque, NM).
- Call is no more than 10 days per month (Clovis, NM and Espanola & Santa Fe, NM).
Requirements
- BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeons.
- Ability to perform general orthopedic procedures.
- Outstanding patient care qualities, highly motivated with an interest to grow their practice.
- Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment.
- Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico.
- Preferred experience with anterior hip replacements (Espanola & Santa Fe, NM).
