Practice Info

• Locally owned, not-for-profit healthcare system
• System-Wide EPIC EMR
• Current daily clinic volume is 15-20 patients per day
• Clinical support structure in Clovis: 1 RN Clinical Manager, 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 2 MA's
• 3 Exam rooms per physician in Clovis

Responsibilities

• Perform general orthopedic procedures
• Provide general orthopedic procedures, preferred experience with anterior hip replacements (Espanola & Santa Fe)
• Provide general orthopedic procedures (Clovis)
• Outreach to local communities near Santa Fe, NM
• Outreach to local communities near Clovis, NM

Compensation

• Salary Range: $557,000 to $750,000 / Year
• Nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available
• CME allowance
• Fully paid malpractice insurance

• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
• National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program eligibility, offering up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment for a two-year service commitment
• New Mexico Physician Tax Credit eligibility of up to $10,000 per year
• New Mexico Health Professional Loan Repayment Program eligibility, offering up to $75,000 per year in loan assistance with a required service commitment

Shift & Schedule

• Full Time
• Expected work schedule is Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 12 day administrative time
• Block OR schedule
• Call is no more than 10 days per month

Qualifications

• BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeons
• Ability to perform general orthopedic procedures
• Outstanding patient care qualities, highly motivated with an interest to grow their practice
• Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico
• J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
