Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

Southeast TX Orthopedic Group is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join their growing team in Katy, Texas. This full-time, employed position offers a streamlined outpatient care environment with onsite physical therapy and X-ray services. The role focuses on orthopedic spine surgery with minimal hospital call, providing a high-quality surgical practice opportunity.

• 100% outpatient orthopedic spine surgery
• Onsite physical therapy and X-ray services

Responsibilities

• Perform 1-2 surgery days per week, scaled to volume
• Manage approximately 20-40 patients per day depending on visit type
• Participate in practice call only
• Conduct minimal hospital rounds
• Avoid trauma or emergency coverage

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
• BC in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training and spine focus
• Minimum 5 years of orthopedic spine practice experience following training
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining a busy outpatient spine practice
• Post-training experience preferred
• Local candidates strongly preferred
