This full-time, employed position offers a streamlined outpatient care environment with onsite physical therapy and X-ray services. Responsibilities
- Perform 1-2 surgery days per week, scaled to volume
- Manage approximately 20-40 patients per day depending on visit type
- Participate in practice call only
- Conduct minimal hospital rounds
- Avoid trauma or emergency coverage

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
- BC in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training and spine focus
- Minimum 5 years of orthopedic spine practice experience following training
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining a busy outpatient spine practice
- Post-training experience preferred
- Local candidates strongly preferred
