AdventHealth Sebring is seeking a dynamic Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join their expanding orthopedic services in the growing Sebring community. This role involves contributing to the growth of Ortho services, including a new clinic and additional staff at AdventHealth Lake Placid. The position offers an opportunity to work within a faith-based organization focused on whole-person care, supported by a collegial atmosphere and robust resources.
Practice Info
- 171-bed hospital (soon to be 275 beds)
- 3 General Orthopedic Surgeons (adding additional Gen Ortho staff)
- 2 APPs - Clinic and OR support (adding additional staff)
- 4 ORs at Sebring hospital, 3 ORs at ASC (on property), 3 ORs at Lake Placid (newly renovated/updated)
- 23+ primary care providers employed
- EPIC/M Modal dictation

- 2 yr salary guarantee with productivity incentives
