Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a full‑time BE/BC fellowship trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our Temple location.
Position Highlights
- Patient care, resident and medical student education, research, and administrative duties
- Faculty appointment with Baylor College of Medicine commensurate with experience
- Multi‑specialty employed group of 19 fellowship‑trained orthopedic surgeons
- Busy Level I Trauma Center with free‑standing McLane Children’s Hospital
- EOS imaging support
- 4 residents per year; Spine APP support
- Guaranteed salary with potential to transition to the survey‑based compensation plan after the first year

Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in Texas
- Board certified in your specialty or actively pursuing board certification as defined by the American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
