Henry Ford Health Nurse Residency Program is designed to help novice nurses transition to competent professionals on the Orthopedic Unit. The Nurse Resident will work a midnight shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) on a 36-hour-per-week schedule within a full-time, benefit-eligible role and alternating weekends.
