Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking motivated physical therapists to join our Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program, a structured, high-impact training experience designed to accelerate clinical expertise and prepare clinicians for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) examination.
TPS, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, and we recognize the unique challenges clinicians face every day. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Mary Washington, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
