Orthopedic Nurse Navigator

As a Nurse Navigator for Orthopedics at Mercy, you will guide patients and families through the full continuum of orthopedic care, from referral and pre-op education to post-op recovery and rehabilitation. You will coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, ensure timely appointments, and assist with discharge planning and community resources. Collaborating closely with surgeons, therapists, and case managers, you will monitor patient progress, address barriers to care, and support quality, safety, and satisfaction initiatives while modeling Mercy’s culture of compassion and respect.
