Benefis Health System, a Level II trauma and regional tertiary referral center in Great Falls, Montana, is seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join its established team of 9 orthopedic surgeons and 6 surgical advanced practice providers. Practice Info

• Large Level II trauma and regional tertiary referral center
• Dedicated team of 9 orthopedic surgeons and 6 surgical advanced practice providers
• Long-term orthopedic team includes traumatologist, generalists, spine, total joint revisionists, shoulder, spine, and sports med with mid-level support
• Devoted resources including occupational therapy within the clinic, robust therapy options in the building, and a same-day orthopedic injury center attached to the practice
• 10 main ORs + ASC, 2 Davinci robots with O-arm and Hana table + ROSA robot
• 33 bed emergency department with 3 large trauma bays, CT scan staffed 24/7, and 2 dedicated board-certified EM physicians on shift at all hours

Compensation

• Nationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonuses
