- Eighteen orthopedic surgeons, one non-operative clinician, and eight podiatrists in the section with varying sub-specialties
- Twelve physician assistants on care team
- ASC within walking distance of the care center

- Two-year shareholder track
Compensation
- Starting base salary: $767,859
- Two-year salary guarantee
- RVU based compensation model starting in year 2
- Sign-on bonus
- RVU bonus potential during salary guarantee
- Annual profit sharing for shareholders
