Responsibilities

- Faculty appointment with the Baylor College of Medicine commensurate with experience
- Multi‑specialty employed group of 19 fellowship‑trained orthopedic surgeons
- Busy Level I Trauma Center with free‑standing McLane Children’s Hospital
- Interest in general orthopedic trauma preferred
- 4 resident per year Orthopedic Residency Program with a dedicated Foot/Ankle resident
- Foot/Ankle APP support
- Guaranteed salary with potential to transition to the survey‑based compensation plan after the first year

Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- Board certified (or actively pursuing board certification) in the specialty as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
