Orthopedic Foot/Ankle Surgeon (Temple, TX)

Full‑time, BE/BC fellowship trained Orthopedic Foot/Ankle Surgeon to join Baylor Scott & White – Temple location.

Responsibilities

• Patient care, resident and medical student education, research, and administrative duties
• Faculty appointment with Baylor College of Medicine commensurate with experience
• Multi-specialty employed group of 19 fellowship trained orthopedic surgeons
• Busy Level I Trauma Center with free‑standing McLane Children’s Hospital
• Interest in general orthopedic trauma preferred
• 4 resident/year Orthopedic Residency Program with dedicated Foot/Ankle resident
• Foot/Ankle APP support
• Guaranteed salary with potential to transition to the survey‑based compensation plan after the first year

Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO)
• Licensed to practice medicine in Texas by the Texas Medical Board
• Board certified in orthopedics or actively pursuing board certification per the American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
• Fellowship trained in foot and ankle surgery (BE/BC preferred)
