Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join their established orthopedic program in Sacramento, CA. This role involves providing comprehensive operative and non-operative foot and ankle care, including sports injuries, trauma, arthritis, deformity correction, and reconstructive procedures. The position offers a multidisciplinary setting with access to advanced imaging, rehabilitation services, and orthopedic subspecialty support, serving a large and growing patient population throughout Northern California.

• Clinicians are actively engaged in teaching, research, leadership, community outreach, and volunteer work
• Utilizes advanced practice technology, including EPIC

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operative and non-operative foot and ankle care
• Manage sports injuries, trauma, arthritis, deformity correction, and reconstructive procedures

Compensation

• $650,000 - $750,000 /Yr.
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation stipend

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery
• Expertise in foot and ankle reconstruction and deformity correction preferred
• Interest in collaborative program development and patient-centered care
