Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon – Faculty Position

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, seeks a BE/BC Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join our busy practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching in a collegial, faith‑based environment.

Our team includes over 16 orthopaedic surgeons, 4 physician assistants, and 25 orthopaedic surgery residents. A resident is assigned to the oncology rotation. Most surgical care will be performed at the medical center and fewer cases at East Campus, approximately a mile away.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Total Annual Compensation: $450,000 – $550,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a 1.0 FTE work schedule. Starting base compensation is expected to be $405,000 – $495,000, adjusted according to years of experience and faculty rank. More information on compensation is discussed with the department during the recruitment process.
