Toothbeary Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated full-time Associate Orthodontist to join our thriving pediatric dental practice in Richmond, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding orthodontic practice within an established office that values exceptional patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence. 

Our practice serves a growing community of children, teens, and families in a welcoming, state-of-the-art environment. We are looking for an orthodontist who enjoys working with pediatric patients and is passionate about providing outstanding orthodontic care while creating a positive patient experience.

Orthodontist Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans 
• Provide orthodontic treatment using braces, clear aligners and other modern techniques 
• Collaborate closely with our pediatric dentists to deliver coordinated patient care 
• Educate patients and parents on treatment options and oral health 
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records 
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families through compassionate care 

Qualifications:  

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school 
• Certificate of Orthodontics from an accredited residency program
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice dentistry in Virginia 
• Two to Three years of experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Passion for treating children, adolescents, and young adults 
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
