The practice provides comprehensive orthopedic and musculoskeletal care, including:
Sports Medicine
Spine Surgery
Hand & Wrist Care
Foot & Ankle Care
Shoulder & Elbow Care
General Orthopedics
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Nonoperative Musculoskeletal Care

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship-trained Total Joint
Interested in joining an independent, physician-led practice

Call Responsibilities

Clinic call responsibilities are shared among the orthopedic surgeons
The group currently consists of five physicians, with call expected to grow to approximately

1:6 and beyond

as additional providers join the practice
No mandatory hospital call
Physicians are encouraged, but not required, to participate in voluntary trauma call coverage at the local hospital
The primary focus of the opportunity is developing an elective, subspecialty orthopedic practice
Trauma Call Opportunities

For physicians who elect to participate in trauma call, the affiliated hospital is a

Level III Trauma Center . Potential cases may include:
Extremity fractures
Joint injuries
Sports-related injuries
Spine consultations
Periprosthetic fractures
General orthopedic trauma cases
Practice Structure & Schedule

The final schedule will be tailored to specialty focus, patient demand, operating room availability, and individual practice growth.
A typical full-time schedule may include:
Outpatient clinic
Surgery and procedures
Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) time
Hospital-based surgical cases
Operating Room Access

Approximately

1 to 1.5 days of OR time weekly

initially
OR block time expands as patient volume and procedural demand increase
