The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending, team leadership, and relationship development with Realtors, builders, and referral partners.Key Responsibilities:Manage branch operations while personally originating residential loansRecruit, train, and motivate Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) to achieve production goalsBuild and maintain referral relationships to drive new businessEnsure quality control and compliance with company and investor guidelinesDeliver exceptional customer experience from application through closingQualifications:Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license requiredIn-depth knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other lending programsProven leadership and team-building skillsStrong communication and relationship management abilities
